I've wanted to try this for awhile - putting a water droplet into a glass, and since I've tried a bubble in other pictures, I combined the three of them. I used the tungsten White Balance because I wanted the blue colour. It took awhile to get this as the bubble didn't always cooperate.
Settings: 1/200, f/29, ISO: 100, Manual focus, No IS, Flash: Manual 1/16, White background
